OutServ offers DNS registration, security certificate, and electronic mail services through Tucows and the OpenSRS system.
To register a new domain name or to transfer an existing domain registration to OutServ from another registrar, please contact dns-admin@outserv.net or submit a request through the OutServ Service Delivery System. Customers must agree to the appropriate terms and conditions listed below before purchasing these services through OutServ.
